We will ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise specified.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided, the buyer is responsible for paying for the item to be shipped again.

Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number. Visit AusPost to track your order once it has been shipped.

Return & Cancellation Policy
​Due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products.

If your item(s) is damaged in transit please contact us at support@hairperfect-ahh.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue for you. Please include your name, order number and photo evidence of the damaged goods.
No refunds will be issued for damaged goods after the 7 days.
Shipping fees are not refundable for returned purchases, unless the item was damaged in transit.

No refunds will be issued due to non payment of local taxes and duties/customs fees.
We endeavor to get your order shipped to you asap, therefore we do not accept cancellations.
